I am agree, but we need to start from the existing capabilities and skills of different population groups, providing them with the best suitable conditions to thrive. Moldova can already do a lot in AI, but to implement this at the respublican level, three components requiring sequential development are needed: skilled people, infrastructure, and investment. This doesn't happen overnight.
