Hi Charles, the gas is for Transnistria which has not paid for it ever. They also don't have real elections (being Kremlin puppets) so it's hard to say that the people should be punished. Basically, Russia controls the region via their army and now punishes the people for not voting them out?

David it appears to me that you and your pal Nick are the name calling trolls here, and want to ban anyone who disagrees with your propaganda piece. I happen to believe that Moldova should be truly neutral and engage in trade and political cooperation with both Russia and the West, instead of being antagonistic, disrespectful and ungrateful toward the one country that has traditionally been its lifeline. And you know as well as I that many Moldovans agree with me, so why ban free speech and discourse? Your politicos are selling out for themselves, not the people. Both Moldova and Ukraine could have been sitting pretty, enjoying the best of the East and the West if your politicians were sincere and honest, instead of just feathering their own nests.
