Well, my understanding (which may be wrong), is that Shor has been very open in Russian media about the extremes he's willing to go to to "win" in Moldova.
If this is so, I'm hoping for a link to show sceptics that he's not bothering to hide it...
I see, well, when accused of bribing voters the man in the TV often just admits to it. I've written about it a number of times but since Shor is both a name and a broader descriptor now any searches involving him are a lost cause haha.
I'm not sure who you want to convince, if they are really interested and speak Russian they should look through his Telegram and other social media. You can also look at this old article and look for links to the speeches:
