Hi Nick - I totally agree, me and Chris are still trying to get a hang of this schedule and he's been traveling. We'll be trying to get things out in a more reasonable timeline in the future.
The animals are mostly less exotic, but you get really close, and get to feed them. The website makes a big fuss about the horses, but there are loads of other animals.
